Many issues require us to remotely connect to your computer in order to resolve them, most common being setting up printers. Please follow the steps below to download and run the remote support software.
Please choose the download below that matches your computer:
A warning dialog may pop up asking you to allow the application to make changes to your computer, just click allow, this is normal.
If the application opens but has no address like in the image below, let the support engineer know and they will assist you in fixing the issue.
Success have the address ready for your support engineer to allow them to remotely connect to your computer.
Click on About This Mac
A window will pop up with details about your computer.
Finding your macOS version
We now need to grant security permissions to the AnyDesk remote support application
Failure to set permissions correctly will not allow AnyDesk to work
Finally we can open the AnyDesk remote support client.
An error window may appear saying the AnyDesk application cannot be opened because Apple cannot scan it for malicious content. This is normal and will only appear once. By pressing Ctrl and clicking on AnyDesk in Step

the error window will have an Open button.

in the left side list. Then click on the + button as shown
